The Company provides homecare services covering the North East area. They provide care and support to adults with advanced and complex conditions in their own home environment.
They are now looking for an experienced Registered General Nurse with a passion for clinical excellence and high quality nursing care to join their team.
The Role:
You will support the Branch to implement new complex care packages and provide clinical support to the Branch Manager and Case Managers. You will also be responsible for overseeing the clinical competencies of a team of healthcare assistants. Hands on clinical coaching and training experience with Level 3 Award in Education and Training or similar qualification would be a distinct advantage.
