£23,500 per annum plus benefits to include Pension
 
Full time - 37 hours per week
 
We are excited to be working in partnership with Bath College to create this new position to provide and support employability opportunities on new construction developments.  The successful applicant will provide outreach activities to engage local residents to access employment and training opportunities through publishing and promotion
 
You will build effective relationships with local organisations to identify, develop and deliver training.  In addition, a key target will be to increase awareness and take up of apprenticeships, accredited work placements or employment for residents and local people on our sites whilst recording outcomes and reporting against KPI’s.
 
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident individual with strong influencing skills who is passionate about helping people find work and training opportunities.
 
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of developing, coaching and mentoring a wide range of individuals based on individual needs.  You will also be someone who is understanding and has knowledge of the barriers people face when looking for work.  You will be approachable and caring and have the ability to motivate people to achieve their goals.
 
This role requires visiting participants, employers and other organisations therefore the ability to travel is required.
