Business Support Officer

Slough Borough Council have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Business Support Officer to join their thriving Building Management team.

As a Business Support Officer, your role will play a key part in supporting the Building Management Service with administrative tasks as well as provide dedicated support to the Bookings Team. 

Slough Borough Council are looking for an individual with excellent attention to detail who can work accurately and efficiently in a very busy environment. As a Business Support Officer you must be able to maintain administration systems to support efficient and effective service delivery. The right person must be able to prioritise the daily workload to ensure that any urgent matters are dealt with immediately. Ideally you will have worked in a Customer Service background, have a good understanding of bookings, building management, and also have experience of working in a fast paced reactive environment.

The Business Support Officer must be a focused and a well organised individual with the proven ability to work under pressure and deliver results.  You must also be flexible, able to cope with change, motivated and have excellent written and verbal communicational skills.
