About the role

We are currently looking to recruit Practice Managers to join our high performing Children Services Department and manage our Locality Social Work teams. Vacancies have arisen following promotion and career development of our practice managers.

You will be joining a strong service, with experienced managers, at an exciting time for the social work profession and multi-agency working.

We are looking for highly motivated social work professionals who understand how to improve outcomes for children and have a proven track record in statutory children services. The successful candidate may be a Senior Social Worker ready to take their first step into management or an experienced manager who will have strong management and leadership skills to provide excellent services that improve outcomes for our children and young people.

Your practice must be evidence based and you must be up to date on current theories and research. You will receive individualised support through a range of training and development opportunities to enable you to succeed in this role and to develop your career.
