Volunteer Lottery Leaflet Dropper

We are looking for volunteers to support us in delivering Martlets Lottery leaflets through the letter boxes of single occupancy residential properties in and around Brighton & Hove.

Where: Martlets Fundraising & Lottery office, Brighton and Hove and the surrounding area.

When: Any time between 9am and 7pm, depending on when it gets dark.

Usual minimum commitment: Between one and four days per month.

What you'll be doing:

• From the lottery office, collect a list the roads to be dropped and any houses or parts of the roads that should not receive a leaflet, together with a supply of lottery leaflets.
• Go to the roads and deliver the lottery leaflets.
• Report back to the lottery when the roads have been leafleted.

Your skills and abilities:

• Flexible, reliable and willing to work alone and as part of a team.
• Fit, able to walk for long periods of time, go up and down steps and carry a bag of leaflets.

• To attend Martlets Welcome day.
• To represent Martlets and Martlets lottery in a pleasant, friendly and professional manner.
• To have use of your own vehicle to carry out the role.
