As a Recruitment Campaign Support Officer, the purpose of your role will be to support the EU Exit Recruitment Campaign Managers, managing the end to end process of advertisement, recruitment, selection and vacancy filling for multiple schemes in a fast paced environment. This role is based in the Policy and Evidence HRBP team; to ensure all aspects of EU resourcing and capability building are aligned. You will be adaptive, flexible and comfortable working at pace.
This will include:
? Management of the EU exit recruitment and HRBPs shared mailboxes
? Scheduling and arranging rooms for interviews and briefing sessions
? Drafting various communications ie agendas, interview packs
? Preparing, developing and managing accurate interview schedules throughout recruitment
? Supporting matching meetings for various resourcing interventions
? Liaising and engaging with key stakeholders ie HRBPs. wider civil service
? Updating the register of interviewers and meeters and greeters
? Acting as the main point of contact for meeters and greeters; providing them with briefing and supporting them during the interview process
? Regular liaison with Government Recruitment Service (GRS) throughout the recruitment process
? Collating and tracking information on vacancies, to help provide information to required channels as and when necessary
? Managing pre-employment checks for candidates; coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely completion of all required checks.
