Registered Valuer with Residential Surveying experience

The role initially provides a career opportunity for an RICS qualified residential property surveyor and registered valuer to join a friendly and long established professional general practice firm, with real prospects for progression.

The key area of work will be residential valuations but you will have the ability to carry out surveys as required, for both corporate and private clients.

To be successful in your application you will meet the following criteria:

> Registered Valuer with a residential background
> Previous experience in carrying out professional valuations and surveys
> At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
> Be located in the Bristol area

Salary will be in the range of GBP40k to GBP48k depending on experience and ability.
