One Year Fixed Term Contract

We are seeking a suitably qualified HR Administrator (graduates considered) to join our global clients newly created development academy. With a keen interest in the L&D side of HR, as the team administrator, you will be well organised and have excellent attention to detail. The HR Administrator will support the L&D Designers and contribute to the Academy's development and global roll-out of competence development frameworks, assessment tools and competence development activities. This really is an exciting, challenging role for a professional administrator.

 

Key HR Administrator Responsibilities:

 

  • Participate in the development, implementation and administration of competence assessment tools linked to the global competence models.
  • Support the development of technology-based training tools (eLearning, tools for mobile devices, podcasts, webinars, etc.) by organising resources, editing / proof reading content and organising testing of new tools.
  • Support the implementation of on-the-job learning tools and training materials.
  • Provide administrative support for the Academy's ‘classroom' based courses.
  • Maintain and ensure the effective distribution of competence assessment tools and learning support materials to trainers and employees in the local units.
  • Produce management reports on competence levels, completion of assessments and training activities linked to the global competence models.
  • Maintain comprehensive training records.

 

Personal Specification – HR Administrator

 

  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to plan and work systematically.
  • Good skills in PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint.
  • High level of customer service and the ability to work across cultures.
  • Experience of project management (advantageous).
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent, ideally in HR or Learning and Organisational Development.
  • Relevant CIPD qualification advantageous, but not essential.
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Language skills: fluent in English and an additional language such as Spanish would be an advantage
