Hydraulic Modeller- Bristol

My client, a bespoke, innovative Engineering Consultancy, is searching for a Senior Hydraulic Modeller who has a passion for Flood Risk, Drainage and Hydraulic Modelling to join their friendly and supportive Team of Engineers and Consultants based in Bristol.

Applicants are required to have a MSc and BSc in Hydrology, River Basin Dynamics or Civil Engineering and have experience working within a UK based Consultancy or Local Authority completing Flood Risk Assessments and Hydraulic Modelling using Flood Modeller Pro and/or Tuflow.

It is also beneficial for applicants to have experience completing Surface Water Management Plans.

As a Hydraulic Modeller you will have the opportunity to join a supportive and friendly team of Engineers and Consultants based in Bristol to assist with the development of a Modelling Team, manage small scale Projects and complete technical work including Flood Risk and Hydraulic Modelling Projects for Local Authorities, Water Companies and Private Sector Clients.

You will also be required to complete;

-Flood Risk Assessments.

-Hydraulic Modelling, Model Build, Verification using Flood Modeller Pro and Tuflow.

-Surface Water Management Plans.

-Drainage Strategy.

-Frequent Liaison with Clients to ensure Projects are delivered to time and budget.
