Network Support Engineer 
Wakefield, West Yorkshire

We are Node 4, a specialist provider of data centre, cloud, connectivity and voice solutions. Due to ongoing growth, we’re looking for a number of mid-level and senior Network Support Engineers to join our friendly team. 

As a Network Support Engineer, you will: 

- Support customer networks 
- Own and manage support tickets 
- Utilise network management tools to support customer networks 
- Support our data centre network infrastructures 
- Work with other support teams to tackle customer issues 
- Occasionally travel to customer sites to provide support 

If you come onboard as one of our Senior Network Engineers, you’ll also have the chance to get involved with project work and installations, as well as acting as an escalation point for junior team members. 

Interested? To be considered, you’ll need: 

- A Cisco CCNA, Cisco CCNP, Juniper JNCIA OR Juniper JNCIS certification 
- Exposure to routing, switching, VoIP, wireless, security products and technologies 
- A full driving licence 

We’re also eager to hear from more senior engineers with experience of installing and supporting Cisco and/or Juniper networking LAN and WAN solutions. 

We’re keen to have a further conversation with you if you have experience as a Network Engineer, Network Support Engineer, Lead Network Support Engineer, Senior Network Engineer, Infrastructure Support Engineer, IT Infrastructure Engineer, Cisco Network Engineer, Juniper Network Engineer or IT Support Engineer.

This is a full time role, working hours of 8:00 – 16:30 and 9:30 – 18:00 on rotating weeks.
