You will start on £15,000 and offered a salary increase after 6 months service. Then following another 6 months service another pay rise will follow. After 12 months with the company you will have yearly appraisals as well as other opportunities to progress onto other teams where, as with the appraisals you may be offered a pay rise. The current General Manager started off in this role - we generally recruit for entry level roles and progress from within!
