HR Advisor (Temp-8 weeks), Luton, GBP16.00-GBP18.60 p/h

A true, generalist, HR Advisor job opportunity, interim for 8 weeks to cover sickness absence. This is a varied and interesting HR Advisor role, within an HR team, for an established public sector organisation, you will be part of a large organisation but will manage all HR operational duties from end-end. This organisation offers a canteen onsite and free parking.

Your new role
As an HR Advisor, you will report to the HR Manager and will be responsible for managing all ER issues from end-end, flexible working, maternity, paternity, sickness absence, performance management, disciplinaries and grievances, you will be responsible for delivering some training on HR best practice but will also assist with booking training courses and ensuring course evaluation takes place, you will be responsible for assisting with job evaluation and assisting with the recruitment and selection process.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience at HR Advisor level and must have experience managing disciplinaries and grievances from end-end. You must be available to start with no more than 1 weeks notice. Ideally you will have experience as an HR Advisor in the Public Sector.
