Our client is a Chartered professional body in the UK dedicated to promoting excellence in management and leadership. They have more than 170,000 individual members and have been providing forward-thinking support on management and leadership for more than 65 years.
They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator (known internally as Partner Services Coordinator). This key role is pivotal in guiding new partners from enquiry through to being approved and delivery ready. You'll support the lead generation process by assisting with the management of a simple and effective approval on-boarding process that helps new Partners to become delivery ready as quickly as possible.
You will deal with leads promptly and efficiently, providing guidance and support as required by the customer, attend relevant events with an audience of new potential partners and respond to inbound enquiries and campaign leads. You will have in-depth knowledge of products and services and apply them to the requirements of new Partners, enabling them to understand how to access all the value they can provide.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of working with a range of customers, partners and stakeholders, data input and reporting through back-end data management systems. You'll have a keen eye for detail, enabling you to work to a high degree of accuracy and you will have the ability to use problem solving skills, work to tight deadlines, have good written and verbal communication skills and have experience of working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM ) Systems. It is essential you have a full clean driving licence as occasional UK travel will be required. Ideally, you will have experience of successful planning and implementation of projects/activities along some experience of people management.
