POST OF ADMINISTRATOR
GR3 (£19,430-£24,964 per annum)
36.5 HOURS PER WEEK – FULL TIME, TERM TIME ONLY
Swanshurst is an ‘Outstanding School’ for girls with 1760 students on roll aged 11-19 years. We offer excellent support and CPD for staff at all stages of their career.
Swanshurst requires an administrator who will work within the Data and Examinations team
The successful person will have very good IT skills particularly in Excel and other Microsoft office packages. An appreciation of school management software eg SIMS, would be desirable but not essential, training will be given.
The post will support all the team’s activities but will be developed to lead on examinations.

The position requires strong communication skills and a flexible approach as you will be working with students, parents, other staff members and suppliers.
It is a full-time post working during Term-Time with 10 additional days to support examination results in August.
