Support Worker - Day Services

This company is recruiting for part time and full time Male Support Workers Drivers / Permanent / Bank Workers at Forward Day Services, Birmingham.

Their service provides person centred care plans to cater for individual needs and expectations of our service users.

Candidates will need to demonstrate an understanding of working with vulnerable adults with learning disabilities, autism or challenging behaviours.

The successful Support Worker must:
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Possess good communication skills
- Be caring, reliable, self-motivated and cheerful

Additional training for the job role will be provided as required.

This position is subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure and two references, one of which must be from your current or most recent employer.

Hours of Work - Varying Hours between 9am - 4pm, Monday to Friday
