Our personal development programmes help change the lives of young people. We’re looking for a Development Assistant who can help us deliver our expanding range of activities.
It’s a great opportunity to use the skills and experience you gained in your own life to make a difference to someone else’s, by helping them to become more employable, or return to education or training.
Applicants must be confident in their own abilities and able to relate to young people, yet still be able to set boundaries in a clear and non-judgemental way. They’ll also need proven experience in delivering activities.
