Salary Equivalent to Single Status Grade 8 GBP22,074 - GBP23842 per annum pro rata

(GBP18,932-GBP20,449 per annum)

37 hours per week Term-time only

Bexhill Academy would like to appoint an experienced Senior Teaching Assistant to take a lead role in aspects of the management and deployment of the Autism Facility teaching assistant team. The successful candidate will be confident in delivering targeted support to students with SEND to maximise their progress across the curriculum and will currently be in a similar educational setting ready to move up to more responsibility.

Excellent communication skills are essential to support other teaching assistants and students and communicate professionally and clearly with ASPie parents/carers.

The successful candidates will possess GCSEs graded A*-C in English, Maths and Science and it would be desirable for candidates to be educated to degree level or at least level 4.
