Job Description:
O&G require a positive pro-active person to assist with the management of our existing and growing client base. You will be part of the bigger accounts team, working as the link between our clients and our studio of designers and developers.

You'll be supporting the Accounts team and working across offline and online projects, ranging from advertising, DM and brochures, through to websites and email marketing.

You will also support with O&G's own self marketing activity also, supporting with writing blog posts, posting to key social media channels and supporting with content for HTML emails. Experience with shooting / editing short videos for social media would be great also, but not essential.

The right candidate will have a passion for our industry and be very organised. You will also be pro-active, offering new ideas and services to challenge and grow the team and your role within O&G.

Skills Range:
Day to day the role will require:-

- Experience working on a mac and using Microsoft office applications
- Excellent written communication skills and happy writing content (blogs / social posts) about the work we create
- A good understanding of social media platforms
- Ability to support with the writing of proposals and quotes
- Oversees timelines, client feedback and communication flows; works with client to establish priorities and keep tasks on schedule
- Ability to multi-task and be very organised.
- Good communication skills, with an ability to meet clients for occasional meetings.
- Good project management skills and regularly keeping clients up to date on project progress.
- Motivated, positive with a sense of humour!
