Financial Reporting Analyst

You will be tasked with:

• Owning month end processes including financial analysis and journal preparation
• Analysing and reconciling large volumes of data from the Asset Finance Operations Database on a daily basis
• Responsibility for the full entity balance sheets, including monthly variance analysis and reconciliation
• Assisting with VAT and tax return preparation
• Coaching and mentoring more junior team members
• Identifying and resolving issues on a timely basis
• Taking ownership for continual process improvement
  

The Ideal candidate will have

• Knowledge of Asset Finance is desirable but not essential
• Experience of working in a Finance function, specifically knowledge of month end accounting processes including: Journals, reconciliations and income statement analysis
• Incredible Excel skills and experience manipulating and investigating large amounts of data
• Able to build strong relationships and speak to people at all levels within the business
