Compliance Officer
Surrey
This opportunity reports directly into the a Senior Manager and is part of the wider Group Compliance function. The team is responsible for all marketing Compliance, as well as providing project support to the wider business.
This role will be responsible for making a significant contribution to the effectiveness of the Compliance functions through support and ongoing analysis of regulatory risk. You will become a specialist in Financial Promotions and will sign off all external marketing / business initiatives.
Other responsibilities will include:
* Provide support and guidance to the business on the signing of financial promotions
* Provide compliance support on regulatory projects across the business, including but not limited to GDPR and Conduct Risk
* Provide consultancy support and reporting analyse to the wider Compliance functions.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with Financial Promotions experience who are wanting to broaden their Compliance experience, as well as strong financial promotions candidates wanting to prefer their craft.
This role will give you hands on experience and lots of autonomy in a small team in an exciting regulatory driven industry.
You must have financial promotions experience and have the hunger to succeed.
