My client is looking for a PA who has worked within the property sector previously.
This is a unique role working in a very small, yet highly profitable organisation. There are two sides to the business and you will be working under the two Directors. This role has become available due to the current lady gong on maternity leave however, with the growth in the company, this role will be permanent. With this in mind, full training will be given before the current employee is due to leave.
The role is varied and different. The company have a property portfolio of over 50 units and this continues to grow. The other side of the business is seeing utilities into businesses.

To break down your week:
50% of your time will be driving and supporting the Director with paperwork before and after meetings out in the field. This can include writing proposals, presentations, quotes or summaries. On the odd occasion joining him in the meeting to take notes.
20% of your time will be helping to project management the portfolio of properties. This will include preparing the property for letting out, liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers, handling paperwork, administration duties, inputting information on to the system, adding financial information to the bookkeeping system and pulling end of month reports helping with insurance claims, managing tenancies, incoming post and creating legal packs.
