This is an ongoing position to provide full administration support to my established client who are based in Bishops Stortford.
You will be joining an existing team and will have excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with customers and internal departments
Your duties will include
Handling incoming calls, emails and written correspondence
Liaising with customers to establish requirements and allocating workload accordingly to engineers.
Process and upload paperwork via bespoke computer system and spreadsheets
Raise purchase orders, book service visit appointments, processing incoming and outgoing post
Log insurance reports, raise job packs, update spreadsheets
This is a fast paced and varied position and the ideal candidate will need to be computer literate with excellent attention to detail.
