HR Project Officer (Interim)
Interim HR Officer - Lincoln - £23500 to £25400, DOE and qualification level

A large public sector organisation is looking to recruit an Interim HR Officer with an ASAP start for a initially a 3 month period - with the possibility of extension/permanency. This role has come about due to a forth coming restructure & organisational changes, and therefore could ultimately lead to a longer term role.
Your new role
The role will be fast paced and challenging with an emphasis on HR project work - with an emphasis on policy, procedure and guidance writing. You will Lead on the review policies , manage the HR/OD intranet site and toolkits, and engage with Line Managers to ensure the mechanisms are in place to enable a "self-service culture" around Human Resources meet your Stakeholders needs. You will also assist the wider HR team with adhoc reports, project work and generalist HR duties (depending on workloads)
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will have a solid background in generalist HR duties aswell as project assistance and Policy/Procedural writing/update work. Ideally you will be qualified to Level 3 or 5 CIPD or have suitably equivalent experience.
Experience within a public or not-for-profit sector environment is preferred but not essential.

This role will be employed through Hays Human Resources on an interim basis, working 37 hours a week (although some flexibility is considered), with accrued paid holiday on an ongoing basis. There could be a possibility of a longer term contract/permanency.
