Part Time (3 days a week) HR/Recruitment Officer - Boston - £17500 to £19400 Full Time Equivalent salary - DOE and qualifications - commutable from Boston, Sleaford, Grantham, Skegness, Spalding, Louth
18 month FTC initially

Your new company organisation are looking to add to their HR department with the addition of a new role - a Part Time HR/Recruitment Officer (3 days a week)

Your new role
This role will be to support the HR Manager with generalist HR duties aswell as take the lead on the Recruitment to the group. Attracting and recruiting the right candidates to the group is absolutely essential to their success and therefore you will lead on drawing up effective advertisements, utilising social media platforms aswell as supporting and advising the Line Managers with the recruitment process (interviews, paperwork and correspondence) and onboarding administration.
You will also get involved in generalist HR duties such as 1st Line advise and guidance to Managers and staff, attending HR related meetings to support Managers and all relevant follow up actions/correspondence, aswell as absence management/reporting.
You will also be the administrative support for the pensions of the group and assist the Finance Manager with payroll administration (external provider).

This role will suit a experienced Recruitment/HR Assistant who requires a Part Time role in a busy HR department.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will have a background in recruitment support and administration, aswell as ideally some level of HR support experience.
CIPD Level 3 or studying towards, or relevant level experience is desirable

What you'll get in return
On offer is a 3 day working week - there is flexibility available on these days, although a Wednesday day of work would be preferred to cover the departmental gaps.
8 to 4 working hours (on your chosen 3 days)
Pension and other benefits.
25 days holidays plus the stats (prorata for 3 days equivalent)
