A company in the Bradford area are looking for an experienced receptionist on a part time temporary basis.
Duties will include:
Mail room duties.
Filing and copying.
Training course paperwork administration.
Meeting and training room administration.
Customer contact via telephone, Email and letter.
Faxing and scanning documents.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Excellent ICT skills and the ability to use Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent telephone manner.
Ability to deal with multiple tasks is essential
Experience in a similar role is essential.
Hourly rate of pay is £8 per hour working Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9am to 5pm. 8 weeks contract starting on the 3rd April 2018.
