Service Engineer – Warden Call and Fire Alarms 
Field Based (covering South East England, including Kent, Sussex & South London)

The Role: 

As a Service Engineer, you will service warden call alarms at customers’ homes throughout South East England. 

Specifically, your role will involve: 

- Working on all systems in-line with British Standards, industry accreditations and SLAs 
- Processing jobs via a tablet or PDA 
- Keeping accurate records of completed work 
- Participating in an on-call rota (for one in every five weeks) 

About You: 

To join us as a Service Engineer, you’ll need: 

- Experience of warden call alarms 
- Previous experience of Tunstall and Tymetec systems 
- Customer service experience 
- A full, valid driving licence 
- Strong communication skills 

Ideally, you’ll have experience of fire and door entry systems, but this isn’t essential. FIA 1 and 5 accreditations would also be beneficial. 

Other companies may call this role Field Service Engineer, Warden Call Maintenance Engineer, Preventative Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Repair & Maintenance Engineer or Senior Service Technician. 

Please note, as this role involves carrying out work in the homes of vulnerable people, the successful candidate will be required to complete a DBS check.
