Salary:                £20,359 - £24,244 pa + enhancements for night working
Hours:                 Permanent, Full Time (37 Hours Per Week)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Support Team Leader/Quality Supervisor to join our dedicated team in Patrick Court to support individuals with challenging needs such as learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health and autism.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will assist with the day to day running of the project and be responsible for monitoring the quality of care and support provided to our residents by the support workers.  The support provided is tailored to each individual's requirements and needs to maximise independence and choice in their own homes as well as adhering to our policies and regulatory standards.

Everyday brings new opportunities and challenges which are fulfilling. Your daily tasks may include but are not limited to reviewing as well as carrying out service user risk assessments and quality checks of support provided, assisting with recruitment and training of staff. There may be some aspects of personal care in this role.

Empathy, good communication skills and teamwork are vital for this role, along with a “can do” attitude and commitment to the high standards of work.

You will be required to work on a shift basis over 24 hours including weekends, bank holidays and sleep ins; for which a separate allowance will be paid.
