Position: Financial Accountant (Part Qualified)
Location: Kettering
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: 25k to GBP28k per annum depending on experience

About the role:
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly Management Accounts
- Responsible for month end activities including but not limited to the calculation of revenue, marketing costs, interest, tax, journal posting
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Administration/Co-ordination of (outsourced) payroll
- Assisting with period vs. period analysis, actuals v budget/forecast including proactive identification and explanation of variances
- Managing cash forecasting on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Maintain the integrity of the financial ledgers and understand fully all accounts and inputs
- Supporting year-end/audit process
- Provide support to the Finance Manager and back up for other key team tasks
About you:
- A high performing part-qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Financial accounting experience is very important
- Excellent excel skills and an appreciation of how business reporting systems work
