Brook Street are seeking administrators to provide support to the busy team on a temporary basis


Our public sector client is located within the city centre and offers a friendly and modern working environment


The role is on a temporary basis to start 23rd of April 2018 and is expected to run for approx 6 months with the possibility of being extended. This is a full time position working 37 hours per week Monday to Friday with some flexibility on start/finish times between 7am & 7pm

As a Support Adviser/Administrator you will be responsible for

* Responding to requests and for application packs or forms and sending of these
* Answering of telephone calls
* Processing of applications and queries within specified deadlines
* Recording and inputting of data and details onto the system
* Processing of claims within deadlines and in accordance with guidance and instructions
* Undertaking complex technical analysis of cases to ensure environmental outcomes are maintained and enhanced, this will normally be done in conjunction with other teams

This role is subject to a basic DBS Criminal Records Check


Ideal candidates will have good administration and customer service experience with a flexible and hard working attitude.

Our client requires the following essential skills

* Previous administration and customer service experience within a public sector environment
* Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Strong communication skills both verbally and written


The pay rate is £8 per hour and benefits include holiday pay and pension scheme
