Reporting to: New Business Sales Manager
Salary: A generous basic salary + Commission and Bonus incentives
Through robust coaching, a personal development plan and learning programme across your first 12 months you will be well on your way to becoming a rock-star sales professional making a difference in your brand and team!
Enhancing your role:
- Your ability to deliver will be boosted by a number of qualified marketing leads (weekly)
- You will also be responsible for prospecting and generating additional opportunities
- You will learn to manage the full sales process
- You will be working towards a business development manager role by year two
Summary of Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities
- Acting on qualified leads in a timely manner alongside prospecting
- Identify, build and develop relationships with key decision makers
- Establishing a network of contacts within prospects
- Monitor a range of information sources on a regular basis to stay in touch with markets
- Identify self-generated leads and to keep abreast of latest industry news
Key Skills Required:
- Exposure in a previous role of solution sales skills
- Great team player and people-orientated with excellent listening and communication skills
- Able to build relationships, with both external and internal stakeholders
- Good time management techniques
