Your new company
Working directly for a well known housing association based in Merseyside. Owning and managing nearly 13,000 properties. This association is a significant local employer with around 500 staff. They aim to be an excellent organisation which can be demonstrated by retaining Customer Service Excellence

Your new role
You will be working as part of a busy electrical team, you will be running test, inspections and fault finding on domestic units both void, occupied and communal area's. Along side this you will provide general electrical maintenance on domestic sites.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience in a similar role and references to back this up. You will need to have 17th edition City & Guilds, NVQ or equivalent. 2391/94/95 is essential. Alongside this you will need to have your own tools and be able to commit to full time hours.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a competitive hourly rate and a initial 6 month contract with the opportunity to go permanent. A company van will be supplied for work use only once perm. Otherwise you will receive 45p per mile.
