Payroll Process Manager - based in Peterborough - paying cGBP40,000 per year
The Opportunity: Operating as the Payroll Process Manager, you will lead the Shared Service Centre Delivery Team to provide an excellent quality service to their clients, ensuring the business meets its agreed objectives in both service delivery and strategic growth and to perform all duties in accordance with the company Health & Safety and Quality policy procedures.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience of managing complex and high volume teams
- Team objective setting - experience of Performance Management
- Quality and Audit experience
- HR/Payroll and SSC experience
- CIPD/IPP qualifications
- A working knowledge of Prince 2 Project Management methodology
- Previous experience in an outsourced or commercial service delivery environment
