Job Role: Care Coordinator (£23,000 pa)
Contract type: Full-Time 40 Hours per week

Aaron Abbey Care Services Limited provides exceptional care at home throughout Wokingham and Reading areas. We provide care to adults over the age of 18 years old and the elderly. As a Care Coordinator, you will be office-based most of the time and will play a leading role in staff planning, rostering and providing on-call support to other members of staff. You will also be required to work in the field if there is a need, making a real difference to people’s lives, ensuring they remain independent by delivering personal care and support in their own homes.

• You will be salaried at £23,000 pa pro rata

Essential requirements:
• Either previous experience in a similar role or a good aptitude to learn such a role. 
• Familiarity with some form of rostering software would be an added advantage
• Knowledge of People Planner or Mobizio will be a huge advantage.
• Should be comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Should be an excellent team player
• Should be a clear communicator

Comprehensive training will be provided for you during the first two weeks of the recruitment process. The job role requires you to; provide personal care, perform domestic duties, promote independence, dignity & well-being, CQC compliance, case management and on-call duties whilst ensuring the safety of those we support.

Driving license and own transport essential. Successful applicants will be required to provide a DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) Enhanced Disclosure.
