Graduate / APC Building Surveyor

A well regarded, independent commercial consultancy is looking to recruit an APC Building Surveyor within their growing offices in Swindon.

Your new role

You will have a chance to work on an interesting and diverse workload, and get involved with an established portfolio including owner occupiers, tenants, investment funds and developers. You will receive one to one support in terms of work as well as your APC.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to be either a part-qualified candidate with a least 12-months APC experience or a surveyor approaching qualification. Ideally, you will have experience in managing a portfolio of commercial properties.
