KS2 & KS3 Class Teacher
This is a very unique role open to an experienced KS2 & KS3 Class Teacher with either a Math's or English bias.
The role is a split role transitioning between a primary and secondary school - Upper Key Stage 2 and Lower Key Stage 3.
*** KS2 & KS3 Class Teacher split over two schools
*** Leading MAT, Multi Academy Trust
*** Located in Coventry
*** MPS / UPS
*** Permanent, Full-Time position starting September 2018
Both schools are part of a growing MAT, Multi Academy Trust, located in Coventry. The Head of the trust is working hard to build the schools into a truly outstanding hub of learning. I have placed numerous people throughout the trust over the past 18 months and can only speak from experience when I speak of the fantastic environment to start & develop your teaching career.
The primary school are graded as GOOD by Ofsted and are full steam ahead in terms of improving this next time around by using the 'OUTSTANDING' success of their partner secondary school, coupled with the cross population of talent between the trust to guide them through.
To be considered for this role you must be a creative KS2 / KS3 Teacher who has a demonstrable track record of 'Good' or better teaching and an understanding of the value of high expectations. The successful candidate will have a passionate and developed belief in the merits of education as well as the drive to instil this belief in others. You will be a bright individual who can stimulate independent thought in lessons and maintain a positive, happy class. The ideal individual should be able to give insight into all the content on the curriculum with even the most recent changes and be able to use this to challenge these students academically and emotionally.
A literacy or numeracy specialism is an important part of this role, and you will need to be passionate about promoting it across both key stages, be able to share good practice with colleagues and peers, and lead they way in teaching literacy or numeracy across the school.
Join this exciting MAT, Multi Academy Trust as a KS2 / KS3 Teacher and enjoy working at a few of the most acknowledged and vibrant schools in the area. Click 'Apply now' to send your CV to Eamon Malin at EduStaff.
