Based in Chinnor, Oxfordshire but moving to the Oxford Science Park in the Summer of 2018.
Full time - 40 hours p/w - may occasionally involve a late start/late finish (11 am till 8 pm)

This company is growing fast and their setting up a first class Support Function to meet the growing needs of their new and existing customers and they're looking for a Support Desk Coordinator to join the team.

This is a temporary role but there's a good chance this will be longer term for the right candidate.

You'll be working alongside a friendly, professional team in a relaxed environment with people that have a passion for technology. As the first point of contact, you will deliver exceptional customer service in a polite and professional manner whilst ensuring attention to detail and accuracy in the information that you gather and record.

Who are they?

This company are developing a world's first solution to speed time to market for new drug technologies and building cloud architecture around face detection and measurement. From 360° head scanning to foot scanning and everything in between, they are working with their customers to deliver the finest resolution and fastest capture times available in 3D imaging.

The Role

- Main point of contact for all incoming support desk queries with both customers and internal colleagues, via the telephone and email.
- Handle the help desk ticketing system, creating support tickets to accurately gather and record all information, open cases, assign cases and pass to the relevant team member, ensuring timely resolution as per Service Level Agreements.
- Monitor, follow up and report on all support cases, ensuring that queries have been resolved or complex issues escalated to the Support Manager based on priority.

You
- Good English written and spoken communication skills
- Customer focussed with the ability to build and maintain a rapport with people over the phone, email and face to face maintaining a professional but friendly manner
- Ability to write clearly and concisely in response to email queries and requests
- Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
- Intermediate level IT Skills (Word and Excel)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure

Experience in a similar role is preferred but is certainly not a deal breaker.
