Senior General Practice Surveyor

Your new role
You will assist in the management of the organisation's commercial property portfolio utilising asset and estate management skills in increase revenue and drive capital growth, as well as managing a variety of property related projects with other service clients. You will undertake landlord and tenant negotiations, asset management, acquisitions and disposals and undertake asset valuations.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Chartered Surveyor looking to work with the public sector. You will have experience in valuation, landlord and tenant work, rent reviews and lease renewals. You will have experienced in working with clients and delivering a good customer service.
