Job Description 
A part-time role has become available for an experienced lettings negotiator to work for a small independent agent.
The hours are 20 per week which can be flexible but will include one Saturday per month.
The role will consists of doing viewings, negotiating rents, carrying out inspections and inventories, knowledge of regulations and current legislation are needed.
you need a full UK driving license and use of a car.
They are looking for a smart person who has good communication skills and a good attitude to work.
A good salary with pension and fuel allowance of 45p per mile is offered.
