Objectives of the job:

To assist the manager in the development and promotion of the ENA Care Group's profile and values that represent the Company by using relevant marketing opportunities to generate new business.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • To carry out daily actions for the marketing department. This will include content creation, management and scheduling on social media, the website, emails, print and online campaigns through relevant marketing channels.
  • Exploring ways of improving the promotion of existing products and services.
  • To assist with branding, image sourcing and tone of the company
  • Assisting in developing strategies to communicate with target markets.
  • Assisting in developing strategies to communicate with current carers and clients. This will include generating reviews and feedback from existing customers to promote across the Company's marketing materials.
  • Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing strategies.
  • Assisting in creating a wide range of different marketing materials
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed and included.
  • Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
  • Producing reports to monitor results
  • Sourcing promotional events for recruitment or new clients.
  • Organising, promoting and covering fundraising events, office events and promotional events.
