Principal to Associate Mechanical Design Engineer sought to join one of the new breed of building services consultancies, that are making a mark in the UK market. Established in 2014 by three highly successful Building Services Directors they have opened 3 offices in London, Dublin and Bristol, expanding their head count to over 20 staff in their short, yet highly impressive, history.

Positioning themselves as MEP Designers they focus on collaborating with end clients, developers, architects and property consultants from the outset on every project, seeking to understand every requirement and ensuring the aesthetic details that will define the finished projects are of the highest level. Their approach has not only enabled them to secure a significant fee line in such a brief period, but also enabled them to secure work with a host of prestigious clients to include BT, Bath Rugby, Morgan Stanley, Barclays and Ministry of Justice.
The successful Principal or Associate Mechanical Design Engineer will be joining the practice as they take the next step in their development, continuing to grow with the view of increasing their head count to over 40 engineers in the next 3 years, and to further expand their prestigious client base with the Commercial, Healthcare, Leisure, Education and Critical Infrastructure sectors. As such there are opportunities for individuals to fast-track their development within a range of areas include technical, client engagement, project management, mentoring of junior staff and exposure to the business / commercial running of practice.
The post suits an either an individual who is seeking the opportunity to join a fast-growing consultancy that can offer the opportunity to play real role in helping the practice achieve their aims in the next 5 - 10 years, providing plenty of opportunities for your own development. To be considered you will currently be a Senior, Principal or Associate Mechanical Design Engineer with a minimum of 6 years building services design experience. Formal qualifications to at least HNC level in relevant a subject such as building services, mechanical or energy engineering are essential. You must also be currently eligible to work in the UK without restrictions.
