Senior Quantity Surveyor (main contractor)

THE ROLE

I am now seeking a SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR to join a firm of main contractors working on new build projects mainly in the London & North West London area.

Their head office is in Wembley, North West London.

They are part of a very substantial company who work across various sectors and who also act as investors.

THE CLIENT

My client is a successful firm of main contractors who are part of a very large organisation operating as contractors and investors.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR who has a Degree, Masters or Diploma in Quantity Surveying/

You will work as a Senior Project Surveyor and be able to run your own projects and have good communication skills to deal with sub contractors and investors.

You will need to have good post contract experience and good understanding of contracts.

You should be able to run your own projects and work without supervision.

You must have gained experience of working in the UK as a Quantity Surveyor and be able to handle several projects at a time with each projects valued up to around GBP10m.

My client will pay in the region of GBP65000 to GBP75000 per annum plus pension and a very negotiable package.
