Senior Quantity Surveyor
PQS / Consultancy - Liverpool - Senior Quantity Surveyor
One of the UK's leading Quantity Surveying practices is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on Residential, Retail and Commercial projects across Merseyside and the North West.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to work on shaping the growing "Northern Powerhouse"; providing a detailed cost management service ('pre' & 'post' contract) for a variety of clients.
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor on this project, you will be working with a small Quantity Surveying team. You will also have the support from the wider Quantity Surveying team in the office.
Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor / Permanent
Location: Liverpool
Salary: GBP55,000 - GBP60,000 + Package
Essential:
- Based close to/within a reasonable commute of Wimbledon
- Residential, Retail or Commercial sector background would be advantageous
- APC Diary logged or MRICS
