Breakfast Chef, Colchester, GBP20,000
At Select Hospitality Chelmsford we are currently recruiting a Breakfast Chef for a hotel just outside Colchester.
The Role
•Prepare and cook all hot and cold breakfast items and to assist with any other prep tasks requested
• Working predominantly 4.30am-1.30pm 5 days out of 7
• Preparing a mix of A la Carte and buffet service breakfast items to company and group standards
Experience and Skills required
•Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
•Qualification in Professional Cookery
•Training on HACCP & COSHH systems
Personal Characteristics
•A friendly and helpful approach
•Responsible and trustworthy
•Innovative, creative and the ability to inspire others
Salary and Benefits
•My client is offering the successful Breakfast Chef a salary of up to GBP20,000 per year
•Free uniform
•Meals on duty
