We are currently working with a key client who is looking for experienced Sales Professionals from within the media / events / exhibitions industry. Our prestige client in London is looking for a Senior and Semi-Senior Event / Exhibition Sales Executive to join their busy sales team. You will have a proven track record of successfully selling a solution / concept (ideally within the events, exhibition, media industry).

Working with a very successful show within the client's portfolio you will be asked to:

* Ensure weekly / monthly sales targets are met through various sales activities
* Identify sales opportunities and explore where applicable
* Account manage the client portfolio you develop
* Identify Upsell / Cross sell opportunities
* Attend networking events, shows or rival exhibitions with view of increasing sales
* Attend meetings with potential new customers
* Attend review meetings with existing customers with view of retaining their business
* Support the Manager with view of developing the team / brand in their absence
* Liaise with relevant department to ensure your clients receive everything as discussed
* Have a creative input in the clients' marketing / exhibition strategies

The ideal person would have:

* Excellent telephone manner
* Ability to communicate effectively over the phone and identify buying signals
* Identify sales opportunities via networking, online, telephone media
* Proven track record of consistent sales
* Confident and outgoing personality
* Strong sales skills
* Desire to succeed and progress within the company
