Essential Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience working at top Creative and Advertising agencies
• Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree highly preferred
• Outstanding portfolio that showcases award winning work across multiple platforms
• Super talented conceptual copywriter with lots of creative flair and ability to write with wit, quick to grasp different brand Tone of Voices, short and long copy
• You are an ideas person used to creating big campaigns across a range of channels (Integrated, ATL, digital, social, OOH)
• Can work independently and also paired up with an art director or strategist
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, persuasive in presenting ideas to clients and prospective clients
• Mentor and lead members of the creative team and work closely with Creative Director
• Bring storytelling to every project and how to reach people's hearts and minds
• Have experience of working on top consumer brands across ATL, digital and social campaigns
• Ability to constantly push the agency and its clients towards new opportunities, ideas, approaches and perspectives
• Collaborate with the other teams and client contacts throughout the strategy, creative development and execution stage
• Must be a bright, ambitious, talented creative who strives for excellence at all times
