As the largest provider of adult and community learning in the county, we now have an opportunity for a part time Assistant Curriculum Manager to join the Foundation Learning and Access team. This is a managerial role mainly responsible for the English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) learning programmes that are delivered across the whole of Bournemouth, Dorset and Poole.
Performance managing a team of qualified tutors, assessors and quality assurance staff, the Assistant Curriculum Manager will also be responsible for planning and delivering a diverse programme of courses that meets the changing needs of learners and employers within local communities.

The successful applicant may be based at any one of our main centres but should have a flexible approach to travel.
Working days can also be negotiated.
