About the role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join our busy and talented HR team in as a Payroll Administrator. You'll work with the HR team ensuring a high level of customer service to the organisation on all aspects of payroll and benefits administration. Working closely with the Payroll and HR Team you'll become quickly accustomed with our Retail payroll ensuring that all documentation regarding starters, leavers and changes is accurately processed and absence is recorded and Statutory Payments administered as per HMRC rules. About you The successful candidate will have proven payroll experience having previously worked in a fast paced environment. You'll have excellent communication skills and be confident dealing with a wide variety of payroll queries from across the organisation. You'll be results driven and someone who takes initiative and ownership to get the job done. Able to quickly develop strong working relationships with key areas, particularly our Shops and Stores, you'll have excellent IT skills (MS Office) and experience of ABS OpenPay, PeopleSoft or Workday is highly desirable. You'll have up to date knowledge of Employment and Payroll legislation and preferably hold a formal payroll qualification i.e. CIPP Payroll Technician Certificate or similar.
