Telesales Team Member

Running a 24/7 operation with an experienced management team and over 750 trained staff, we pride ourselves on offering our customers the best service we possibly can.
We are looking to grow our Telesales team with enthusiastic literate people who are capable of handling direct communication with Gardners customers.
The Telesales Team are responsible for proactive customer contact and you will be liaising with both the sales and marketing departments on targeted e-mail marketing campaigns, catalogues and flyers to our key customers highlighting new books, promotions and services.
The successful applicant will be dealing with customers primarily by telephone, so excellent communication skills are required. The candidate should be self-motivated, have excellent communication skills, good telephone sales history and an excellent understanding of MS Office suite.
A high level of communication skills both verbally and written is therefore required and a good understanding of the Microsoft Office suite of applications is essential.
This role is office based and full training will be given.
