Prospectus is excited to be partnering with a renowned national health organisation to source their new Fundraising Manager (Community) to be based in Sussex. You will be required to work under your own initiative from a home base while positively contributing to the wider highly successful Regional Fundraising team. Reporting to the Area Fundraising Manager, the Fundraising Manager (Community) will lead on recruiting, motivating and mobilising fundraising groups and individual volunteers and supporters. Responsibilities will also include effectively managing and sourcing new community fundraising partnerships with companies, groups and events in the Sussex area. The successful candidate will have a track record in fundraising at a community level with experience of successfully recruiting and managing volunteers and fundraisers as well as working with fundraising committees and groups. You will be comfortable working to targets and will enjoy working under your own initiative.
