As well as having a hands-on test roleyou'll engage, support and drive continuous improvement within your teamensuring testing is at the forefront of all change. Your role will allow you to plan, design and execute testing includingoverseeing and contributing to the development and maintenance of testautomation frameworks and test suites. What will it take?The role requires you to take accountability for quality by defining thescope of testing and overseeing the quality of delivery. As a QualityEngineer you may be working independently in teams and you will need toinfluence other technical disciplines in quality practices andprocesses. You will also play an active role in supporting and growingcapabilities across the wider quality community.Experience in the following is essential: Hands-on software test planning, design and execution within an Agile working environment including both exploratory and automated testing Ability to engage and collaborate with different technical disciplines Ability to balance multiple work streams within a fast pace, demanding environment Functional and non-functional testing What next?Do you have a passion for quality, genuine enthusiasm in the area oftesting, strong communication skills and good attention to detail?
